Opposite Work Schedules

In order to achieve our goals while providing for our family, my husband and I have been working opposite schedules. During the day he goes to work and I manage the house and children, but come 6pm I go to the studio while we takes over the domestics. It is a temporary arrangement while the kid are little, but it doesn't make it any less hard at times.
